Rudolph Rolle (Our Founder)
Rudolph Rolle, an alumnus of Lake County Public Schools, proudly earned a College Preparatory diploma from Umatilla High School in 1989. Following this achievement, he pursued higher education at Bethel College in North Newton, Kansas, where he distinguished himself as an All-American linebacker, accumulating numerous honors and accolades throughout his school career. In 1993, Rudy graduated with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. His career then flourished in retail management, spanning a successful 15-year tenure.
Driven by a passion for education, Rudy decided to further his academic pursuits, obtaining a Master’s degree in Education Administration & Management from Nova Southeastern University in Orlando, Florida. Currently, he is actively engaged in the Doctoral Program of Religious Education at International Seminary, focusing on Apologetics.
In 2006, Rudy expanded his role into pastoral leadership, obtaining his pastoral license. For over a decade, he has served as the Lead Pastor of Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Umatilla, Florida. Rudy is a proud father of five wonderful children.
At the helm of Press Forward Inc., where he holds the position of President and Executive Director, Rudy leads a client and family-centered, trauma-informed group home program. This initiative caters to clients of different age levels and varying levels of development and ability.
Rudy's vision for Press Forward Inc. aligns seamlessly with its mission: Healing Wounds and Mending Lives, Lessening Crisis, and Promoting Strengths to Achieve Stability. His commitment to empowering individuals and fostering resilience shines through every aspect of his multifaceted journey.

Herleesha Rolle (Our Co-Founder)
Herleesha L. Rolle, a dedicated mother of five children – four boys and one girl, hails from Columbus, Mississippi. Raised by committed educators and Christian leaders, Herleesha embarked on her educational journey after graduating from Columbus High School in 1999. She commenced her higher education at Itawamba Community College in Mississippi for two years before earning a bachelor's degree in history with a minor in Education from Stillman College in Tuscaloosa, AL.
Throughout her illustrious career, Herleesha has accumulated valuable experience and honed her skills in diverse educational settings. Currently holding a Florida ESE (Exceptional Student Education) Certification, she has spent the past ten years in the Lake County School District, gaining extensive knowledge and understanding in both regular and exceptional school settings.
During her five-year tenure at Lifestream Behavior Center, Herleesha served as a teacher and ESE school specialist in the alternative school environment. Here, she provided personalized support to students with disabilities, aiding them in overcoming challenges and achieving academic goals. Subsequently, she took on the role of a case manager, diligently overseeing the individual educational plans and progress of students under her care.
In the last four years, Herleesha has transitioned her career to collaborate with her husband in building Press Forward Inc where they are healing wounds and mending lives within the foster care system. As the Executive Vice President, she passionately dedicates herself to making a positive impact on the lives of children and adolescents facing challenges, contributing to their growth, resilience, and success.
